A weight update of sorts

I didn’t weigh myself this week.  I forgot.  However, I did have my measurements taken by my trainer:

Shoulders…down an inch

Thighs…down an inch

Hips…down TWO inches

Waist…down FOUR inches!!!

WOW!  I’m really happy.  Now, to lose the remainder of the inches I don’t need to be carrying around on my body.
