The thrill of caption victory, and the agony of the foot…

Hey, here’s a picture of my knee.  You like?  No fractures.  I’ll be wearing an air-cast to stabilize my ankle, but I’m allowed to exercise (encouraged, actually).  I found out I have flat-ish feet, too.  I’ve never been advised of that nugget.  Gee, it might be why my arches kill during a workout and I have so much pain.  Oh, and my mom knew this information and “thought” she had told me.  (She found out when I was beginning to walk.  I have a bent tibia bone, and well…guess I’ve always been a mess.)

  1. My ankle is now bruised, too. I wonder if it had to rise to the surface or something. My knee is darker, today, too.

At least I’m not in as much pain.
