Weighin’ In

a-fittuI’m up one pound from last Saturday.  It is okay, though.  It could have been much worse, since I only went to the gym once.  I still ate pretty well, too.

I hope you all had success this past week, and I hope next week is a good one, too.  🙂

    Don’t slow metabolisms suck rocks? I used to be able to lose 10-12 lbs per month just by eating healthy and exercising. Now…not so much. Grrr. Next month I’m going to see if my endocrinologist has any wisdom. He’s been very helpful.

    I’ll get there….wherever there is. Heh. 🙂
